Aligned with the program and slogan of Kiwanis Club International, "Serving the children of the world," the club continues to tirelessly engage in activities aimed at shaping the youth for a better future.
According to Club President Joel Cabactulan, "Every month, we organize similar events in different schools across Calamba." President Joel emphasized the club's commitment to regularly conducting such initiatives.
According to Dr. Margie Baldeo, an Optometrist, as part of their advocacy, they aim to help young individuals have their eyes checked while they are still young and provide advice on what can be done to prevent vision problems and avoid the need for eyeglasses.
Expressing her gratitude, Ms. Vilma B. Ocdamia, a day care worker, thanked the Kiwanis Club of Southern Tagalog for selecting their institution to benefit from the free eye check-ups and hair cut for their pupils.
