DOLE QPO Head Mr. Edwin T. Hernandez cited Peter Paul for its remarkable step in regulaizing workers despite the difficulty of doing business as a result of the ongoing pandemic and other calamities.
“The regularization of workers by Peter Paul stems from the dismissal order issued by the Regional Office last 2018 due to the Action Plan submitted by the company on the regularization of workers performing core operations and the engagement of a separate company with regular workers who will perform non-core activities,” Mr. Hernandez stated.
“In line with their commitment to continuously support the program of the DOLE, Peter Paul submitted the list of anew batch of employees who have been regularized last July 2022,” he added.
Mr. Froilan Villanueva, Vice President for Operations of Peter Paul, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to DOLE QPO for acknowledging their efforts in protecting their employees and for their relentless support on their company initiatives.
