The City of Carmona is the first city in Cavite to achieve the SIPS status due to the city being categorized as Cleared and Unaffected, relatively peaceful, and where the (Local Government Unit-PNP) -LGU-PNP acknowledges and accepts that only Law Enforcement Operations (LEOs) are needed in the area, signifying that the LGU is normalized.

The Local Chief Executive of Carmona, City Mayor Dahlia A. Loyola, will continue to take the lead in maintaining security for the safety and development of the people. The City Government of Carmona will work hand-in-hand with the Cavite Police Provincial Office in putting importance on its LEOs in order to maintain SIPS and coordinate with member agencies to preempt and deny the resurgence of the Communist Terrorist Group’s (CTG) influence in the city.

Stable internal peace and security will bring more economic opportunities and investments.  This will generate more employment and stable income among the residents of the Youngest City in the Philippines.
