The Fintech Alliance PH, the country’s leading organization on digital trade and financial technology with a wide range of memberships varying from startups to established companies, is organizing a summit that brings together the various technology and legal pundits in order to discuss the latest trends in IT and how it affects business and ordinary people.
This year theme “AI Unlocked: Shaping Our Digital Future,” the two-days event is going to be held on August 6 to 7, 2024 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom C and D of the Manila Marriott Hotel and will focus on the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and their ubiquity in today’s society.
In a pre-event media briefing, Mr Lito Villanueva, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fintech Alliance PH, the event will seek to answer tough and thought-provoking questions on the effects of AI tech. Issues on the AI taking over certain types of jobs such as those in the media and creative sectors were tackled and such are the types of issues that the summit will try to address with insights coming from experts.
Besides being updated on AI technology, delegates would be given the opportunity to network with fellow executives and share their ideas and insights as well as discuss issues that may be affecting their respective organizations.
Among the companies that would take part in the summit includes unicorns such as GCash, Bayad, CIMB Bank, BPI, and many others. The Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) has also expressed their support to the event.
