SSS preps TESDA IX job order workers for their social security membership

The Social Security System (SSS), through its Branch and Service Offices in Western Mindanao, conducted SSS orientations to 116 job order (JO) and contractual workers of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region IX on May 10, 2023. The orientation was simultaneously held nationwide at different TESDA Regional and Provincial Offices in preparation for the JO workers’ SSS coverage under the KaSSSangga Collect Program once a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) has been signed. PFPA: Planong pagkuha ng DOH ng mga nursing graduate na hindi board passer, walang problema

Matagal nang ginagawa sa mga pribadong ospital ang pagha-hire ng mga nursing graduate na hindi nakapasa sa board exam para maging nursing assistant. Ito ang sagot ni Dr. Benito Atienza, ang Vice President ng Philippine Federation of Professional Associations (PFPA) sa Laging Handa public briefing. Ginawa ng doktor ang pahayag sa harap ng plano ng Department of Health (DOH) na i-hire ang mga hindi board passer na mga nursing graduate upang mapunan ang kakulangan ngayon ng nars sa bansa at iba pang health workers. Ayon kay Dr. Atienza, ang ginagawa ngayon ng mga pribadong ospital sa mga nursing assistant nila tinutulungan nila makapasa sa board exam para ganap nang maging nars. Pero kung ang gagawin aniya ng DOH ay tanggapin ang mga ito at gawing regular nurse, kailangan aniya itong pag-usapan nang mabuti.
