PNP RECEIVES 250 FOOD PACKS FROM WOMEN ADVOCACY GROUP & "MISIS NG PULIS"

The Philippine National Police is truly blessed with the outpouring support of various Advocacy Support Groups and Force Multipliers in the implementation of its programs and endeavors. PNP Chief, General Guillermo Lorenzo T Eleazar expressed his appreciation to the Women Advocacy Support Group composed of the PNP Officers’ Ladies Club (OLC) or more popularly known as “Misis ng Pulis” for their donation and support to the PNP. In line with the group's advocacy and help to PNP’s BARANGAYanihan program, PNP OLC led by Mrs. Letlet Cruz, together with Mrs. Carmelyne Dickson, Mrs. Cez Noble, Mrs. AJ Olay, and the other “Misis ng Pulis”, distributed frozen food packs at the Heritage Park Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City on September 2-3, 2021. A total of 250 frozen food packs were distributed to chosen beneficiaries which includes a group of women, civilian employees, and strikers inside Camp Crame. The activity aims to show gratefulness to the beneficiaries who are serving and protecting those who serve and protect the country and countrymen. "Nais ko rin magpasalamat sa Chareon Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation na katuwang ng Officer's Ladies Club upang masakatuparan ang donation drive na ito at sa inyong patuloy na pagsuporta sa PNP BARANGAYanihan Help and Food Bank program," Eleazar added. PNP OLC is currently led by its adviser Mrs. Rosalie “Lally” Eleazar who is known for her generosity and who on her own has already steered various donation drives whether within or outside the PNP camps. The PNP, with the support of all its stakeholders, will continuously roll out BARANGAYanihan activities to vulnerable areas that are greatly affected by the current health crisis. (PNP-PIO)
