Business establishments at SM City San Pablo renew safety seal certificates


SM CITY SAN PABLO – Business establishments including SM Cinema, The SM Store and SM Appliance have renewed their safety seal certificates to manifest their continued compliance with the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) minimum public health standards. The Safety Seal renewal ceremony were attended by San Pablo LGUs ,DILG –LGOO VI Maria Alma Barrientos, DTI Maria Clara Canopio,, BPLO John Andre Belen, Former City Councilor Arnel Ticzon representing Mayor Vic Amante, CDRRMO Vanessa Reyes and City Health Officer James Lee Ho..“The safety seal is everything to us because it strengthens our commitment to safe malling and our strict compliance to safety and health protocols set by the government” shared PR Manager Niña Wong.

Issued for free to compliant business and public establishments, the certificate can be renewed every six months. The Safety Seal Certification Program under the IATF-EID Resolution 87 aims to increase compliance by private or public entities with the minimum public health standards set by the government, and seeks to encourage the adoption and use of the Stay Safe.ph digital contract tracing application as well as increase consumer confidence as the government safely reopens the economy.
